Deer broth with liver dumplings

250 g Grilled deer steak baked potato with chive dip, cranberry sauce

250 g Grilled deer rump steak with mushrooms, mashed potatoes

Venison goulash with horseradish and onion served in a loaf of bread

200 g Marinated boar medallions with cranberry sauce, homemade potato pancakes
